Graduate Program in Management and Leadership

Over 700 managers have already been through these six modules

Forty graduated cohorts make the Graduate Program in Management and Leadership the most established program in our portfolio. Six months to build the technical competencies and the leadership skills that separate someone who administers from someone who leads.

Up to four of these modules count toward Keiser University's MBA.

The program

Technical competency and leadership skill, in the same curriculum

A manager who masters the numbers but can't communicate a hard decision isn't leading. This graduate program builds both dimensions at once: organizational analysis, international business and human-resource management, alongside leadership, managerial communication and strategic decision-making.

i

A U.S. degree

Keiser University confers the diploma under its own U.S. accreditation. There is no partnership with another institution in between.

ii

Credits that don't get lost

Up to four modules count toward Keiser's MBA. If you decide to continue later, you move forward with what you've already completed.

iii

Fits around your schedule

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., plus Saturday sessions. Twelve hours a week of total commitment.

iv

Doctoral faculty

Professors with Ph.D.s from Grenoble, Almería, Complutense de Madrid, Barry University and Regent University.

v

Small groups

Personalized classes of about twenty participants. Direct access to the professor in every session.

vi

Financial aid available

Financial packages for qualifying students, including terms for companies enrolling several employees.
